Pastels

top- Forever New, jeans- Asos, coat- Dotti, heels- Charles&Keith, necklace- House of Harlow, clutch- BooHoo

For me, choosing clothes is all about comfort and what works for you.
I wasn't into peplum and pastels until now. I guess I just haven't found the one that looks good on me, the one that make me feel comfortable wearing.
But these top and coat are beyond words!
I like the floral print on this top, bright, but not too bright, flowers, but it's enough to make an outfit colourful without making it too flower power.
And these heels are so not hurting my feet, the platform really helps.

latté kinda day

basic top- i.d.s, knitted cardigan- Portmans, iPhone case- eBay, 2Jours bag- Fendi, espadrilles- Chanel

How can you not love strolling around Melbourne when it's 20° outside?
I'm coming near my final exam period and yet i still have another final assignment to write. So this small getaway was necessary.
Anywaysss, these pics were taken at Collingwood local brunch spot, Allpress Espresso. The latté was unsurprisingly good, and the modern minimalist interior was sublime.
Although they don't have much of choices on the menu, but the sandwich i ordered was delish!

fall for me

Top- Portmans, Waterfall wrap wool coat- Portmans, Jeans- Asos, Clutch- Aldo, Statement necklace- Colette, Heels- Zara, Slim double wrap watch- Michael Kors

Hi there!

This post is solely dedicated to celebrate my last assignment for this month!
So many assignments to do for the last couple of weeks that I didn't even have an easter break. But here I am now enjoying autumn zephyr of beautiful Melbourne.
Some time this month in between the stacking assignments I should do, I realise something about myself. I am weird. Yes I am.
So here's the thing. I often, if not always have a different way of thinking with everybody else around me. My taste is different, my logic is different, my perspective is different. I am different.
I often see confusion on people's eyes when i deliver my ideas or even my fashion sense. Only some people understand who I am and respect them. Some people don't even want to try to listen to what i was about to say hahaha. Sometimes I think that's the reason why I'm not confident about myself, the reason I'm afraid to tell people how I feel.
Is there any other person out there feeling the same thing? You're not alone ;)
But i guess the thing is we're all unique and different. Some people respect them, some people don't.
Don't make our inner weirdness stops us from speaking up and express ourselves. I believe there's always an artistic part in us that makes us different. Preserve it, don't hide it!
The right person, the right people will fall for you.

Hey people! Sorry for MIA..
Had some holiday to Bali earlier and so much going on when I was in my home town.
Not much of a time, so many thing to do. Alwaysss..
Ah well, so I'm back here in Melbourne, just started my uni well I'm entering my second week. And they're discussing assignments already?? *sigh
But the exciting thing is i get to meet many new people. Making new friends is always a good thing.
Anywho, I managed to escape from reality and went for a road trip. It was so much fun.
Ashcombe Maze, strawberry picking, Hot spring were the highlight of our trip. Well, once again this road trip was partly ruined by the weird weather but I think we managed to get some awesome shots. Thanks to my brother for his support and photography skill ;)

This post is really.. Dedicated to my good ol' friend whose planning to go back for good :(
I'm gonna miss you so bad. I'm gonna miss hanging out with you and chat chat chat all day.
I wish you nothing but the best in what you do and for your future. Come and visit me sometime or on my graduation? haha..

She's the one next to me in this pic :)

gone with the wind

Top- Asos, Shorts- Jeanswest, Shirt- Cotton On, Sunnies- Marc Jacobs, Ring- Topshop, Clutch- Nali Envelope Clutch Bag

I can say it's pretty hard and WRONG to choose windy day for a photo shoot.
What can I say, It was pretty much an unplanned trip.
Turned out, it was pretty awesome. Beautiful beaches, beautiful scenery.
And interestingly, these were honestly not the planned outfit I was going to wear.
The one I (stupidly) chose was a dress and it flew everywhere so it's impossible to get any shot in.
Ya know.. Dress.. Windy day.. Bad combination.
Anywho, I guess it's not really a fashion crime to wear thongs right?
Well at least I think so. Well... At least i wear them when I'm at the beach coz you can't wear heels.. Or can you? ;p

This has been around in my mind for a long time.
People should not be judged on what they wear. I think people need to understand that fashion is one's self reflection. What they wear is who they are. Be comfortable with what you wear.
Don't be afraid of what people will think.
Dare to be who you are. Be confident in what you wear.
Be open-minded.
Fashion is freedom. It's the one thing you can express your feeling with.
